Master Black Belt Training

Master Black Belt training helps develop the exceptional Black Belt. These individuals are usually the stars of the organization. The Master Black Belt usually is the ultimate technical expert. He is knowledgeable in areas that are not frequently utilized. He is called in by both management and Black Belts to lead the most serious and complex issues. Master Black Belts can come from the management ladder to obtain additional problem solving skills, hone the negotiation skills, and learn to break apart complex issues into solvable little projects usually handled by Black Belts or Green Belts. After some time as a Master Black Belt, they may return to the management ladder on the fast track. A Black Belt needs to be active for at least 18 months before he can be nominated as a Master Black Belt candidate.

The Master Black Belt curriculum is developed for each individual class. The skill set of the candidates is reviewed, a gap analysis is performed and the agenda is developed from this information.
