Six Sigma Green Belt TrainingSix Sigma Green Belt training provides the bulk of the organization's horsepower in making process improvements. An individual with Green Belt training will be able to resolve most problem issues for the organization. The will be skilled in problem definition, analysis, and control methods. Under the direction of a Black Belt or Master Black Belt, the Green Belts work the individual issues. An organization should have a larger number of Green Belts than Black Belts. Every function would benefit from having at least one Green Belt. As time goes on and successes are achieved, one will find that more IS better.
