When will I receive my training material?

Your workbook and other handouts, texts etc will be distributed on the first morning of the course (unless otherwise stated in the event program). In some cases CD-Roms will be distributed in lieu of a workbook.

When should I pay for the course?

Payment must be received prior to the course.

How should I pay for the course?

Credit Card, Company checks, Purchase Order, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders(from individuals).

Are the meals included?

Yes, all refreshments and course lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times

Can I register onto a workshop at the course location?

Yes, you may register onto workshops on site and our registration personnel will be happy to help you.

How many attendees will be at my course?

This varies for each course. Please ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the week.

How can I get to the course location?

The hotel phone number is listed within the course information. Once registered, you will receive a Hotel & Course Location Map. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

What about accommodation?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Details of the accommodation options are also included within the course information. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending an SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP course when making your reservation.

What should I wear?

The dress code at the course is business casual.

Do I need a laptop computer?

Yes, you will need a laptop computer. If there is more than one person attending from your organization, you may be able to share a computer. However, this is not recommended.

Will I receive any information from you in the mail?

After the course, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.

Suppose I have to cancel?

You may substitute delegates at any time. For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the course you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP course for up to one year from the date of issuance. For cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the event no credits will be issued. In the event that SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be returned. In the event that SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% return. SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this course inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency. Please note that instructors and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the instructors and/or topics. As such, SIX SIGMA MANAGEMENT GROUP reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised instructors and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
